Here's a quick 12 minute Tabata workout you can do before you go out for Halloween!
Simple, yet highly effective...
With Tabata you are preforming a high intensity exercise for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. You will perform 8 rounds like this for a 4-minute Tabata.
On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, you want to exert a max effort of 10 for those 20 seconds.
