As a dad in my early 40’s to an amazing daughter, I want to be sure to live a long, healthy life to see her become an amazing woman.

I want to provide for her, protect her, and teach her everything that I can, so she can enjoy her childhood and be prepared for adulthood.

If I do not take care of myself, I will not be able to achieve all this. I can pretend to live a healthy life, but she is already intelligent enough to pick up on my habits and what I do versus what I say.

I know many other dads like me, who have given everything they can for their kids and careers but are now wishing they could have done a few things differently to prevent some of the challenges they are having now.

That is why I have created my LEGACY BUILDER just for all the Dads out there who want to adopt a healthier lifestyle!
